We currently deliver to all major cities and most towns across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sales, holidays, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on our website when available.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders within Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email (where available), allowing you to track your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners usually make up to 2 delivery attempts. If the order remains undelivered, it may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Kid N Kitty is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Kindly include your order number and clear photos of the package and products so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Delays Beyond Our Control

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
